Dear CMHA Families,

Thank you all for your patience while we have been trying to reschedule our AGM.  Unfortunately due to technical difficulties with Zoom on our previously scheduled date the decision was made to postpone the meeting.  We have now be able to secure a new date and time for our Annual General Meeting and are very excited to announce that it will be a return to in-person.

This notice replaces any prior notices of the 59th Annual General Meeting of the Coquitlam Minor Hockey Association.  All documents are available online on the CMHA website: www.coquitlamminorhockey.org.

All Members in Good Standing who were registered for the 2021-2022 hockey season and all CMHA Lifetime Members are requested to attend.  The member must provide photo ID before entering the meeting room. This is required as we must verify their standing in the Society and confirm quorum for the BC Society Registrar. 

Members in Good Standing are defined as an adult player or in the case of a minor player, the parents of the minor player (up to two per family) who were properly and completely registered for the 2021-2022 season.

All Members in Good Standing and in attendance at the AGM will be eligible to vote on the affairs of the association. 

There will be a draw at the conclusion of the AGM for one free registration.  You must be present at the time of the draw to be eligible for the acceptance of the prize.
