Jersey & Equipment Return 2020-2021 Season
There are a number of people who have not completed their volunteer hours and this will be an opportunity to complete the requirements.
As announced last August, Coquitlam Minor Hockey is retiring the current logo and jerseys. The new design will be announced soon but for now, with the end of the season imminent, all the jerseys currently allocated to teams can be kept by the players.
Should a team wish to return their jerseys, we will be arranging a single day with a drop off bin for disposal. The only day for jersey return will be set for Saturday, April 10, 2021. Times TBD.
Please note that team jerseys should be returned by ONE person and all PHO orders in place at that time must be adhered to.
We will need volunteers to assist with the jerseys as we will be keeping the garment bags and disposing of the jerseys and a sign up sheet will be sent out for volunteers.
If people want to keep their jerseys, a donation to the Parent Auxiliary Foundation would be accepted with gratitude. They can send to firstname.lastname@example.org. Password "donation". Please note that we are not a registered charitable organization, so there will be no tax receipts issued for this optional contribution.
An equipment list will need to be filled out by the Team Equipment Manager for all the team and goalie equipment list in advance. Once these have been completed, an Equipment Return date will be sent. A link to the list will be sent to you from your Division Coordinator in the near future. Volunteers will be required to check off the equipment at the designated location and a sign up sheet will be provided in advance.
If you have any pinnies at all, either in groups or singles, please contact the Equipment Manager asap to arrange return.
