Any players not registered by June 30, 2010 will no longer be CMHA members and will be placed on the waitlist in the order of date of registration.
ATTENTION: JUVENILE PLAYERS !
Juvenile's can now register online with cheque payment. You need to send two cheques - one for tryout $40 and one for registration fee. All tryout cheques will be cashed but only the registration cheques for the selected players will be cashed when the teams are chosen.
ATTENTION: MIDGET PLAYERS ATTENDING CAMPS
Any players trying out for Major Midget or Junior/WHL Camps need to contact the appropriate CMHA Vice President (cc:Registrar) with the dates you will be unavailable for tryout. You will need to register with CMHA to ensure you have a place to play upon your return, please send two cheques - one for evaluations $110.00 and a separate one for registration fee.
CHEQUE DEPOSIT DATE
Most cheques will be deposited by June 15th, with the remainder by June 30th (except for Juvenile registration cheques). Please ensure that the funds are available to avoid NSF charges as well as possible cancellation of registration.
