H4 Week 1 Evaluation Schedule

Posted by Chris Dane at Aug 18, 2016 5:02PM PDT

The Week 1 evaluation groups and times are posted to the Hockey 4 Webpage. Please check the webpage frequently for updates.

Good afternoon,
My name is Myriam. I’m working for K&K Casting and we’re on a mad hunt for some kids who play hockey for a commercial being shot for Scotiabank. I was wondering if you would be open and willing to send the casting call and info to kids/parents/coaches/divisions that would be appropriate. Also if you have any tips as to where else I could send the info, that would be wonderful! The more kids we can get to audition the better! Below is the info for the commercial. If you have any questions, feel free to email me at kkcastingassistant@gmail.com.

Age range: 7-12 yrs
The commercial is for Scotiabank
Casting directors: Kara Eide and Kris Woznesensky Casting
Audition date: Monday June 27 and Tuesday June 28, 2016
Audition time: Kids can drop in 10 am – 5 pm on either day
Audition location: Go Studios, 112 E. 3rd Ave, Vancouver
Call backs (for kids they want to see again): Wednesday July 13, 2016
Shoot date for whomever gets a part: Sunday July 17-Wednesday July 20, 2016 (Wardrobe fitting is on July 16)
Pay: UBCP Scale

Extra info: Kids should bring a hockey stick and demonstrate stick handling skills. They should know how to hold a hockey stick and be comfortable running around playing floor hockey
Looking for girls and boys of any ethnicity.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks for spreading the word!

Myriam

Fun Roller Hockey Camp - limited space remaining

Hello CMHA families,

With spring sports wrapping up at the end of June, we are proud to offer something new and exciting for our Coquitlam hockey community: a fun roller hockey camp which will be held outdoors at Hickey courts! There will be 2 sessions available to chose from (Mondays or Wednesdays 6-7pm). The camp will run from July 11th-Aug 31st, which will be a perfect transition into ice hockey and is extremely affordable compared to other summer activities! We strongly believe roller hockey offers many benefits including: improved balance/co-ordination, skating skills, ball/puck handling abilities, along with so many more. Summer is a great time to be outside and get active, so let’s get our little superstars out there.

We have limited space remaining for this camp so please act quickly and contact Ryan Brisebois at ryan@breezeyfitness.com or 7788698562 for a registration package or if you have any questions.

Thank you!
Ryan Brisebois

Roller Hockey Camp

My name is Ryan Brisebois and I was a head coach for H1 C3/4 this season.

I am organizing a youth roller hockey summer camp this summer and am looking for the support of my local Coquitlam community! I was thinking about how much the kids I coached loved hockey and didn’t want to stop skating and playing so I began to think how to keep our skills sharp and realized some fun outdoor hockey would be fun! I grew up playing both roller and ice and I feel the benefits are undeniable.
